Returns are accepted for refund or exchange anytime. Just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must be unused and unwashed. Once we receive your return we will process your store credit/exchange within 2-3 business days. Customer pays for shipping on items returned to us. We do not refund the original shipping.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
We have a flat fee shipping charge of $5.00 per order within the USA ($6.50 during sale events). We ship USPS Priority or First Class mail from upstate NY. East coast shipping usually arrives in 1 - 2 days. Mid West and West Coast shipping usually arrives in 2 - 4 days. If you prefer other shipping methods, or need something expedited, there is a place at checkout where you can choose an overnight delivery option for an additional charge. International shipping is based on order weight and "ship to" country which is calculated at checkout. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Delivery times vary per location. The receiver is responsible for duties and taxes. GOAT-MILK is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged.
Sales tax is not charged on packages delivered outside of New York State.

Gift boxing and cards are available at no extra cost. At checkout add a note and let us know that it's a gift along with your gift card message. The recipient will not get an invoice and we make it really easy for them to reach out to us if they need to exchange anything.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your order has already been shipped, simply return the shipment and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the return shipping costs and the original shipping fees are not refundable.
